It is with great sadness and the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of the kind hearted and loving Doreen Martin (Mary Dorine Martin) on November 27th, 2023 at the age of 82.

She passed peacefully at home and was surrounded by so much love, family and friends in her final days, hours and minutes. With her immediate family at her side in her last moments - she departed her life here on earth with grace, dignity and peace.

She leaves behind her sister Florine, her brother John (Florence), daughters Lisa (Justin), Donna and Morgan, grandchildren, great-grandson, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas Ralph Orrell (Sam), her father Louis A. Martin and her mother Elizabeth Caplin.

As per her wishes, her ashes will be at the Elder’s Lodge for family and friends to pay their respects this Saturday, December 2nd, from 9am to 8pm.

Burial will be planned for summer 2024 - date to be determined.

Professional services have been entrusted to the Salon Funéraire Henri Thibodeau, a subsidiary of the HG Division network certified Distinction by the Corporation des
thanatologues du Quebéc and by the Bureau de normalization du Québec.

The management and staff of the HG Division offer their deepest condolences to the family and thank them for their trust.
